Agent Brian Ng started his career in real estate as a young teen by passing out flyers for the agency where he eventually became an agent, which set the foundation for his over 2,000 real estate transactions. He’d learned his strong work ethic and passion for sales at an even earlier age, working at trade shows for his parents’ family-owned business.
Although his first career was in the tech industry, he’d always had a preference in sales and decided to pursue real estate after studying it on the side for years. Once he got started, he never looked back and was quickly recognized for his work, including winning the Rookie of the Year Award. The success didn’t stop there: Brian has been one of the industry’s top producers since 2003, and he and his partner were named the No. 1 Team in Santa Clara County in 2004 and 2005.
However, what continues to be number one for Brian are his clients and their interests. His second-to-none negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and the motivation to exceed client expectations with his constant availability are proof of that. When you are doing something you enjoy it does not seem like work.
His clients have appreciated the care and hard work he puts into every deal. He has treated every single one of them with the belief that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things a person will ever commit to. That attitude has secured him an extensive roster of clients, many of whom have been with him for decades.
