Over time, she transitioned into the role of a real estate assistant and steadily progressed to become the Director of Operations, providing essential support to agents. However, Jenn's strong desire to help others led her to discover her true passion: directly assisting families in finding their forever homes. Motivated by her genuine desire to make a positive impact, she wholeheartedly embraced the role of a dedicated real estate agent, leveraging her expertise and compassion to guide families towards their dream homes.

Before immersing herself in the world of real estate, Jenn ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing her own wedding planning business. With a heartfelt commitment to ensuring her clients' utmost happiness on their special day, she brought joy and fulfillment to numerous couples. In addition to her endeavors in real estate and wedding planning, Jenn founded a community non-profit organization aimed at empowering Asian culture and providing learning opportunities for both her allies and local communities.
