Meet Kim

Originally from Vietnam, Kim Hang relocated to Stockton, California, in 2015 and quickly established herself as a leading real estate professional in the area. Serving first-time homebuyers and real estate investors across Stockton, Fremont, Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop, Sacramento county, San Joaquin county, Stanislaus county, Kim is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complex real estate market. Her exceptional service and success earned her recognition as a 2023 Top 1% Producer in the SCCAOR (Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®) Real Awards.

After working in the mortgage industry as a loan advisor. Kim gained valuable insights into the financial side of real estate transactions. This inspired her to earn her real estate license, equipping her with the tools to provide her clients with comprehensive, expert guidance throughout the entire buying and selling process.

With her deep knowledge of real estate markets and financing strategies, Kim takes a hands-on approach to helping buyers find suitable homes and investors discover lucrative opportunities. She works closely with her clients to understand their unique needs and goals, using her real estate expertise to streamline the complex process of property negotiations, contract management, and navigating escrow. Outside of real estate, Kim is committed to community service. Kim is part of Vietnamese American Cultural Educational society and Thien Quang Lion Dance group and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters. In her spare time, she loves reading, hiking, and gardening, which help her recharge to continue serving her clients with energy and focus.
