Since 2015 I have been collaborating, advising, and supporting homeowners, sellers, and buyers who live in Silicon Valley and the surrounding Bay Area. My clients are diverse and each possess their own unique family dynamic which must be understood and respected. My strong communication skills initially draw them to work with me. It is my strict attention to detail, knowledge, and honesty which gives them the satisfaction they are in good hands. My goal is to provide the knowledge necessary in our partnership where it is positioned towards success and my clients’ happiness.
 
Contracts, negotiation, market research, trends in market, managing, reviewing and advising clients on the required disclosures and reports for properties are a crucial portion of my business. I have a deep knowledge and understanding of real estate contracts, property reports, and disclosures for properties to advise my clients on their sale or purchase of a home. I pride myself by participating in continuing education and ensure I am receiving legal updates significant to real estate. It is my obligation to my firm, clients, and myself there are no legal or emotional setbacks along the way. Contracts impose deadlines, fiduciary duties and action items that must be managed from beginning to the close of escrow. My performance proves I am reliable and take great care in my clients’ contractual obligations. It ensures all parties are stress free and extremely satisfied.
 
My comprehensive skills and knowledge are well rounded since I’ve been in the profession the past 20 years.
 
Undoubtedly, my biggest passion is people and their happiness.
